Celeste Chandler is an anointed evangelist, teacher, prophetess and psalmist; and has traveled nationally and internationally sharing and singing the Gospel to many.  Celeste’s commitment is to please God in all and fulfill His purpose and call on her life.  She also aims to be an example to other young girls and women on how to live virtuously and live in liberty and in grace.

Elder Celeste was born and raised in a Christian home in Northern Virginia by her loving parents and with her five siblings (three brothers and two sisters).   She grew up on a farm and was taught to have a strong work ethic from her parents.  More importantly, she was taught the importance of faith and family.  Celeste faithfully attended church from birth and grew up loving to sing, hearing Bible stories, and praying and talking to God.  As a young child, she began her music ministry leading songs in a children’s choir.  Elder Celeste was saved, baptized, and filled with the Holy Ghost at the age of 13.  She was gifted prophetically and with other spiritual gifts.  She immediately began working in the local ministry as an usher, choir director, and choir and youth president.

As Elder Celeste matured, she became a Sunday School Teacher, local Missionary, Teen Mentor, and Praise and Worship Leader.  She was called by God to preach and teach the Gospel and was licensed and ordained as a Minister of the Gospel in 1998.  She taught Bible Study and preached at Sunday Worship Services, Women’s and Single’s Conferences, revivals, retreats, and other events.  She also served as the Outreach Director to positively impact and assist the community at the local food bank, homeless shelter, nursing homes, hospitals, and the juvenile detention center.  Additionally, before she retired after 37+ years from the federal government, she had been favored to provide the invocation, benediction, and musical selections for various ceremonies and events at her federal law enforcement agency, and before Attorney Generals and other officials at the Department of Justice.

In 2013 she married her beloved husband and sweetheart, Brother Gregory Chandler.  She has a testimony that God is a Keeper; and passionately shares with the unmarried and the youth the message of abstinence and the importance of preserving oneself for marriage.

In June 2004, Elder Celeste attained her Bachelor’s Degree in Christian Education and Biblical Studies through the Carolina University of Theology in NC.  She is currently a member and serves in the New Light Cathedral Ministry under Pastor/Bishop Bernard & Lady Robin Robinson, and under the Moving with A Vision Ministry Organization in Fredericksburg, VA founded by Apostle Jerlette & Elder Leona Mickie.  For two years in 2016-2018 she served in the Potter’s House Ministry in Dallas, Texas with Bishop T.D. and Lady Serita Jakes.  Her gifts, talents and service have blessed many in the ministry and community.

In February 2018, Elder Celeste became the Founder and CEO of Celeste Chandler Ministries, LLC., to further produce the Gospel and inspirational messages through her music, books, seminars and conferences, etc. to be a blessing to others. To God be the glory!
